Should Trailer Tires be Inflated When they are Hot After Driving or Cold Before

If i inflate my tires to max pressure what happens when they expand in hot weather

With trailer tires you want to inflate them to the max psi listed on the sidewall before driving warms them up. So whatever the ambient temperature is outside basically. You do not need to calculate pressure differences based on the temperature.
Once the temps increase and the pressure slightly increases you'll be fine as that's how the tire is designed.
