You'll need a set of custom install fifth wheel rails for your 2013 Ford F-250 long bed to let you install a fifth wheel hitch. For that we have the Reese custom install kit part # RP50026-58 which would work great. Custom install rail kits like this minimize drilling over universal kit and cut install time in half so they are the way to go.
With this kit installed you'd then be able to install a fixed hitch like the part # RP30047.
