Prodigy P2 90885 Trailer Brake Controller Installation in 2015 Ford F-53 Chassis
Question:
if I purchase and install the Part # 90885 break controller once installed will I have to have the computer flashed in order for it to work or is the controller a plug and play.

Expert Reply:
You do not need to have the F-53's computer flashed after installing the Tekonsha P2 # 90885 using the custom wiring adapter # 3035-P but you will also need 7-way trailer connector item # 37185 to complete the setup.
Please refer to the linked photo; this shows you the approximate position of the under-dash port on the 2015 F-53 to which you will connect the harness part # 3035-P.
