Determining the Torque Rating for the Bolts that Come with Sidewinder Wedge Kit # 30850

Why are the bolts that come with this wedge different? What tool is required for these bolts and is there a torque setting for these bolts

There are different wedges for different 5th wheel hitches. Each requires a different shape wedge and appropriately sized hardware. Unless otherwise specified, the torque rating will be the same for the custom wedges as it is for the universal wedge, # 201100. I have included a link to the instructions for a Sidewinder. The section on the wedge begins on page 7.
The bolts that come with wedge # 30850 have a hole for a hex head tool.
