We have options that will work for you, but since we no longer carry Shelby jacks we don't have anything that will bolt directly to the mounting plate on your trailer frame.
The most similar option is the Fulton Swivel Jack # F1411300301 which has a 10 inch lift and is rated for 1,500 lbs. The mounting bracket you'd need for this jack would then be the part # P9012-00.
