According to Thule, the Passage 2 Trunk Mount Bike Rack, # TH910XT, will indeed fit your 2008 Nissan Rogue. There are actually several 2 bike trunk mount racks that will fit your Rogue.
You could also look at the Gateway, # TH88VR or the OutWay, # TH45JV
.
Between these racks, I recommend the OutWay for a couple of reasons. First, it is very light weight, 13 pounds. But probably the best feature is the 2 rubber coated straps rather than the standard 4-6 that makes installation and removal of the rack quick and easy. It is the easiest to install bike rack that I have used.

If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes I recommend using the Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT, in order to carry the bikes level. I have included a link to a video showing how the adapter works.
