Roof Rack for a 2015 Kia Soul with a Panoramic Sunroof

Question:

I know the Rola roof rack part # 59789 says it will fit a 2015 kia soul without the panoramic sunroof, but can I make it fit if I have the panoramic sunroof? Will the mounts sit on the metal part of my car above my door or will they sit on the sunroof track? I really need to find some kind of a roof rack to fit my soul with the panoramic sunroof, foam blocks just arent going to cut it.

I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately this roof rack will not fit your 2015 Kia Soul. I spoke with my contact at Rola who said that the Rola Roof Rack # R6006 that you referenced is a low-clearance rack that doesn't fit with the design of the panoramic sunroof as the sunroof bubbles up a little bit so this roof rack will not fit your specific Kia Soul.

Out of the linked selection of roof rack options we have a round bar system from SeaSucker, part # 298-SX6000B, and then a square bar system from Thule as well as aero bars. The square bar system is comprised of the crossbars # TH712400, the Evo Clamp Feet # TH710501, and the Fit Kit # TH145037.

I personally think that the aero bars are the way to go. They reduce wind noise and drag as well as provide your vehicle with a sleek look. For this option you need the WingBar Evo Bars # TH711420 Black or # TH711400 Silver as well as the same Evo Clamp Feet # TH710501 and Fit Kit # THKIT5037.
