I do have a great option for you, however the Westin Sportsmen Grille Guard with Winch Plate # 40-93905 referenced in your question is designed to fit certain model years of the Ford F-250 and F-350. This particular model will not work on your 2016 Toyota Tacoma.

For your Tacoma, I instead recommend the Westin Winch Plate # 46-23885.

This is for the winch plate only. We do not have a grill guard to go with this plate.
