Why Does Anti-Rattle Fasteners for License Plate Frames # CR81400 Only Come with Two Bolts
Question:
Hello, I just open my package.. I found 4 washers, 2 screws, and 2 screwable washers. How do I install my license plate since I only have 2 screws. Please Advise.

The Anti-Rattle Fasteners for License Plate Frames # CR81400 that you referenced is designed for license plates that install using only two bolts. The washers go on either side of the plate that is secured with the two bolts to prevent the rattle.
