Replacement Arm Recommendation for a Thule Passage Bike Rack

i need to get the bars that hold bike on... I guess they would be the arms that hold bike. and they have the plastic straps. i cant find them, are they something you can buy.

For replacement arms for your Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # TH910XT you will need Replacement Arms for Passage 2 Carrier # 752-1096-001.
For a replacement strap you will want a Replacement Strap # 852-3006-001.
