Is the Vybe D7 Pre-Assembled and Does it Come with the Carrier on the Back

Is the rear rack included with this bike. Also, does it arrive fully assembled?

The carrier on the back of the Dahon Vybe D7 Folding Bike # 33492-0-08 is included.

All Dahon bikes are assembled except for the pedals. These will need to be installed with a bike wrench before using the bike. My contact at Dahon said to be sure that the pedals are tightened properly (they recommend taking it to a bike shop) otherwise overtime the assembly will wear down.
