Adding cold air intake will help the motor run more efficiently which can equate to better fuel economy. It would take time though to notice the difference. Also, the only cold air intake we have for the 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 is for the 6.6 liter diesel. Part # AR883-314 is designed for a 2011 - 2015 Can-Am Commander.

Using a tuner such as # SU5845 will optimize functions for various driving conditions, including towing, and that will also help with gas mileage no matter which mode you are using!
