My ventline S0721 Series has a white wire loose and I dont know where it goes

The white wires of the Ventline S0721 Series RV Range Hood # S0721-20BD-F-1 that you referenced are ground wires. If yours isn't connected most likely either the light or the fan won't work. You'll want to secure that wire to a suitable ground and you'll be good.
