Typically sewer hose storage carriers like the Valterra part # A04-0150 that you referenced attach to the rear bumper of the motorhome. Whether it's at the front, at the rear or underneath. They can also mount on top or below the rear bumper. Some people like to put them right behind their wheel well area too.
The mount holes are separated by 5-1/4 inches on center.
