Hitch Opening Dimensions for Ultra-Fab 2 Trailer Hitch Receiver for Trailer Frames # UF35-946403

Question:

Your video on this unit stated the 2x2 receiver extends 5inch beyond the cross tube. Please verify the 5inch is from the front of the cross tube. It is my understanding is when mounted, the 2x2 receiver extends toward the rear under the campers 4x4 bumper. So, am I correct to assume there will be a one inch gap between the cross tube and camper bumper? Thanks,

I attached a picture that shows the distance from the front of the crosstube of the Ultra Fab hitch # UF35-946403 to the front of the hitch opening. That distance is 5-1/4 inches. Depending on where you install the hitch is where the hitch opening will be relative to the bumper.
