Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Recommendation for 2003 Ford F-350 Long Bed

I have a 2003 f 350 7.3 diesel Lariar, long bed 8.1” and my fifth whell is a Sierra by Cobra 1995 30’ long 4800 lbs. what adapter can I take? Thanks
