Sounds like you have some blown trailer wiring fuses and/or relays under the hood of your truck. You'll need to go over all of the trailer wiring related fuses and replace as necessary.
Some of the Mopar trucks will use a TIPM for powering the trailer wiring. If your vehicle has a TIPM the only way you'll get your trailer wiring back is to take it to a dealer and have them reset it. You should note it can only be reset a few times before needing replaced.
