Camping with pets and open windows requires regular cleaning of blades and interior. How is this accomplished?

To clean the inside of the Fan-Tastic Vent Endless Breeze Portable Box Fan # FV01100WH it would have to come apart. The screws holding it together are on the sides rather than the grille sides.

You might be able to get some compressed air in a can and spray it in there to loosen things up and then try to just shake it all out. But I think if you did that a lot of the debris would stay inside the unit and blow out randomly while the fan is on.
