Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Recommendation for 2018 Ram 3500 Short Bed

Im looking for rails kit only for a 2018 Ram 3500 shortbed with rambox. Im keeping my existing Reese 22K fifth wheel from my old vehicle part number 30034. You list multiple rail kits, what are the differences? I see: RP56010-53, RP50085-58 and RP30035-520

Reese has three rail kits available for your 2018 Ram 3500 short bed with the Ramboxes. The one I recommend is the part # RP50085-58 as it is a custom install kit that will give you the smaller dimension rails. The part # RP56010-53 is a kit that has brackets that install on the outsides of the truck frame which makes it a bit easier to install but the rails are bigger.

The part # RP30035-520 is a semi custom kit that will be much more involved to install.

Since you have a Rambox truck you'll have to replace the pin box of your trailer with a Sidewinder to avoid bed rail clearance interference. There really isn't any other way to accomplish this.
