The Pilot Aluminum Universal Side Step Bar # AS-400 has a weight capacity of 300 lbs.

The step itself measures 12" x 5-1/4" and the tube has a 1" diameter. The brackets have an overall length of about 8". I have attached a few photos demonstrating these dimensions for you to check out.
