Does this kit come complete no surprises . And is there room for a light bar

Westin Sportsman Grille Guard with Winch Plate # 40-93885 includes the grille guard, winch tray, and the appropriate brackets and hardware to install it on a 2016 to 2018 Toyota Tacoma. I have linked the instructions which includes a parts breakdown.

I am sure you could attach a light bar. There won't be room at the winch tray if there is a winch installed but the lower, center bar or upper center bar on the grille guard parts could work for mounting a light bar.
