If you have a 7-Way connector installed on your 2013 Honda Pilot, the Optronics Adapter # A75TB referenced in your question will work perfectly to convert it to a 5-Way connector for your trailer. The unit will plug right into the 7-Way on your PIlot and provide a 5-Way connector on the other end.
