Changing Trailer Single-Wire Running Lights to Stop/Tail/Turn Lights

How can I convert a one wire running light to work with my signal lights and brake lights

You need to replace the light with one that is a 3-function for stop, tail, and turn functions. The light needs another wire to connect to the stop and turn signal functions like part # ST31RB has. Since yours only has one wire it grounds through the mounting hardware. The turn and brake lights are on one circuit so you just need a light with one more wire to add that circuit.
