7-Way and Brake Controller Recommendation for 1994 Ford F-250

Question:

I have a question, i have a 1994 f250 and i am looking to put the 7 pin trailer connector and also the brake controller, i am confused on where the wire plugs into on the truck under the dash, and if it plugs in right where it is, does it automatically activate the back where i will connect the 7 pin to the 4 flat connector?

You will need to start with a 4-way on your 1994 Ford F-250 (if you do not have one). For that you would want the # 118316.

From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well. Your vehicle does not have port under the dash of the truck for connecting a brake controller.
