Can a Curved Light Bar be Installed at the Front of the Thule Cargo Basket # TH859XT

Would it be possible to mount a rough country 40” curved led bar to the front of the basket to replace the plastic wind deflector?

I am sure you could add a light bar to the front of Thule cargo basket # TH859XT. You would have to drill into the basket more than likely but I am sure it can be done.
