Generally speaking, if the gross trailer weight (GTW) of the trailer is more than 50% of the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) than a weight distribution system is recommended. According to my research, your 2014 Toyota Tundra 1794 weighs around 5,000 - 6,000 lb and your R-Pod 190 Travel Trailer weighs around 3,000 lbs therefore, yes the use of a weight distribution system is recommended.

In order to make sure you are choosing the best weight distribution system, you will need to calculate the total tongue weight (TTW) which is composed of both the loaded ready to tow tongue weight of the trailer by any cargo stored behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. The tongue weight of a trailer is usually 10-15% of the trailer's GTW therefore, as long as the TTW of your towing setup does not exceed 600 lbs I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System part # EQ37060ET.

Equal-i-zer weight distribution systems are considered to be one of the best on the market. In addition to load distribution, it will also provide you with sway control. The system comes with everything you need to install for the exception of minor tools needed to assemble the components.

I have attached a review/install video for you as well.
