Replacement Brake Assemblies for 3,500 lb Axles
Question:
I have a 2010 Heartland Trailrunner equipped with Lippert 3500# axles. I’m looking to replace the brake assemblies and am looking for recommendations for a self adjusting replacement. Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated

The 3,500 lb capacity of your axle is a great place to start in order to find the correct self-adjusting brake assemblies; you also need to know the size of your wheels, your mounting flange bolt pattern and the inside diameter and depth of your hub.
For a 3,500 lb axle it is likely that the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA will work for you. These are 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide, self-adjusting assemblies with a 4 bolt mounting flange pattern that fit 13", 14", and 15" wheels. If these fit your drum, your brake flange has that mounting bolt pattern and your wheels are that size, these assemblies will be a fit. You will only need Mounting Hardware for 10" Brake Assemblies # BRKH10B
I've added a link to a video review of these assemblies for you to check out as well.
