Does Demco Rail Adapter DM6194 Add Play to Setup

Will there be play in the fifth wheel as it is another moving part?

Between the rail adapter part # DM6194 and the factory rail kit of your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 there would not be excessive play. There might be a slight movement but we've sold quite a few of these and no one has come back and stated that they had an issue with play.
