In order to carry your two Electra Townie bikes on the back of your class C motorhome, I recommend the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S44FR. This is an excellent cost effective rack that will work well for you. It has adjustable metal wheel trays which will handle much more abuse than the plastic wheel trays most manufacturers use. It also comes with a lock for both the bikes and rack. In order to securely attach the frame hook on the Dispatch to the step through frame on your Townie's, you are going to need to use and adapter bar like part # 64005 on each bike.
I have attached a review video of the bike rack for you as well.
