Can J-hooks on Highland Deluxe Bungee Net Be Moved for Custom Fit?

Can the J-Hooks be removed from the outer edges of the net and be reattached to the netting somewhere else?

The J-hooks on the Deluxe Bungee Truck Net 60" x 78" # 95005 will allow you to install them wherever desired on the net to get a custom tight fit on your cargo load. They can be moved to attach at any location along the net to allow you to customize the fit of each load.
