I have a Reese 30077 fifth wheel hitch. I need an installation kit with rails to fit a 99 f350 dual wheels. Could you advise me on which kit will work?

For your 1999 For F-350 with dual wheels you can use Reese Base Rails and Install Kit # RP30035. These rails will be able to mount the Reese/Pro Series 30077 fifth wheel hitch you have. I've added a link to a video review of these rails for you to take a look at.
