Recommended Replacement Adapter to Connect 7-Way on Truck to 4-Way on Trailer

Question:

I am trying to replace an Adaptor from my Hyde Boat Trailer to my 2008 Chev Silverado. It is a Draw Tite 7 Way Adaptor. It has 6 slots that mate with my truck and a 4 pin receptacle that receives the 4 prong from the trailer. I cannot find it on your website. I can email you a photo of it if that might be helpful. It sounds like you are just needing a 7-Way to 4-Way adapter like the Pollak # PK12716. This adapter will plug into the 7-Way on your Chevy Silverado (which features 6 pins circling around a single center pin) and provide a 4-Way flat connector on the other end that will mate with the 4-Way on your trailer. We do not currently have this type of adapter available from Draw-Tite, but the Pollak model will work perfectly as a replacement.
