The RoadActive Suspension Kit # RAS3611-HD referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2009 Ford F-250, as long as it does not have the factory top overload springs. This heavy-duty kit will do a much better job of supporting the truck's capacity compared to the factory suspension, but it will not actually increase the hitch/tongue weight capacity of your F-250. This is the case with any aftermarket suspension enhancement system.

Generally speaking, no aftermarket products will allow you to increase the factory limits on your vehicle.
