We have both frame-mount and bumper-mount hitches for your 2017 Heartland Cyclone 5th Wheel Toy Hauler and I have attached a link to our available inventory. Generally, Frame-mount hitches like the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver, Item # C13701, offer higher capacity than the bumper-mount variety like the Curt RV Bumper Hitch, # C19101.

The Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver has a Class III rating and can be bolted or welded on. It works with frames with a minimum width of 18 inches and and maximum width of 51 inches. It has a maximum weight capacity of 5,000-lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 500-lbs.

Most trailer manufacturers do not recommend towing a trailer with a trailer. In some states and provinces it can be illegal. Before installing any hitch on your toy hauler, I suggest contacting your manufacturer with your trailer's VIN and find out if you can tow with it and, if yes, what the towing capacity is of the frame. In some cases the manufacturer will specify what is allowable with regards to hitches that you can use. I also encourage you to check the laws regarding trailers towing trailers in the areas you plan to travel.
