The Reese Elite Series under-bed install kit for the 2015 Ford F-250 is # RP30126. You mentioned that you have a 16K hitch. Reese never made a 16K Elite Series hitch but if it happens to be a Signature Series hitch then it would also fit the same mount, RP30126, and there definitely was a 16K Signature Series hitch.
If the hitch you have is designed to fit above the bed rails then # RP50026-58 is the kit you would need.
