Truck Bed Bike Carrier That Works With Factory Bed Rails

Hi - I spoke with a customer service rep who was excellent. I own a 2017 Tacoma with bed rails. I dont understand why you dont have a connector into the bed rails for the UG2500? Other than that, I think the product is great. Tom
