You can see all of our trailer wheel/tire products in your 4.80-12 tire size and 4-bolt wheel pattern on the page that I linked for you.
In order to get the highway speed rating of 81 mph in this size you would have to purchase the tire and wheel separately and then have them mounted at a local shop. You can do this with the Taskmaster 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire - Load Range C Item # TTWSF48012C. This tire has the desired speed rating of M- which is 81 mph. Then you could have it mounted on the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 4 on 4 - White Powder Coat Item # AM20122. I know it is a little bit of a hassle to get this done, but it should not cost very much to do. I attached video reviews of both of these products.
With any type, size or brand of special trailer tire you will get the best performance from it by always observing the correct COLD psi inflation pressure as shown on the sidewall; by never overloading the tire beyond its weight capacity and by observing the tire's speed rating. If any of these parameters are not followed the result is excess heat in the tire, which is the primary cause for tire failure.
