Hello, it seems this model has been discontinued. Can you advice me on a replacement that will fit my current 23X27 cutout? Thanks

Yes, the Greystone Electric Fireplace with Remote Control part # 324-000065 should fit the 27"long x 23" wide cutout you have now. It has overall dimensions of 28" wide x 7" deep x 21" tall but that includes the trim piece. This fireplace is thermostatically controlled from 59 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
