I have a 2010 Ford Fusion and I broke my driver side mirror and my car does not have heated mirrors will a heated mirror still fit on it?

The K-Source Replacement Side Mirror, Item # KS61605F, is a confirmed fit for your 2010 Ford Fusion but it is for the passenger, not driver, side. Since your Fusion does not have the heated mirrors currently, a replacement mirror will not be able to use the heat option.
