Recommended Bike Carriers Compatible with Door Mounted Spare Tire

I am looking for a hitch mounted 2-3 bike rack, that has a 15inch clearance from the center on the hitch pin hole to the rack upright. Do you have any recommendations? The long distance is due to a door mounted spare tire.

The closest hitch bike rack we have to your clearance needs is the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack # S63400 at 14-1/2 inches from center of hitch pin to back of upright. We also have the 4 bike Titan # S63410 which has a measurement of 14-1/2 inches as well.
Another option to ensure your bike rack will work with a spare tire is to use a spare tire mounted rack like the following:
