When determining the correct weight distribution system for your setup the most important number to have is the tongue weight of your setup. This will include the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle as well as the tongue weight of the trailer you will be pulling when it is fully loaded.
The Strait-Line Weight Distribution w Sway Control # RP66074 that you referenced sounds like it would be a good choice for you based on the unloaded tongue weight you gave of 494 lbs. Assuming that you would not be loading it down too much or putting too much weight behind the rear axle of your Toyota Tundra. This system also features trunnion bars like you prefer. For a scale for determining the tongue weight of your trailer I would recommend a etrailer Trailer Tongue Weight Scale # e99044. I attached a review video for this product.
I attached installation instructions, a review video, and an FAQ article on weight distribution systems for you to check out also.
