Recommended Trailer Brake Light for High View Requirement

I made a delivery van into a lunch wagon trailer Its supposed to have a high view brake light How do I do this without it acting as turning Signal light

For your converted lunch wagon trailer, I recommend you use the Vehicle to Vehicle Tail Light Converter # C56196. This will isolate the stop light signal from the turn signal and allow you to install the 3rd brake light.
If you don't have the light, I recommend the # STL80RB for an easy mount option.
