If the hitch you have is a fifth wheel hitch, yes it will fit your truck.

To install a B &W hitch, we have several install kits to get the job done such as # BWRVK2500. To install the mounting brackets, they install beneath the truck bed and they provide the attachment points for above bed base rails. The base rails are what provide your necessary mounting points for your fifth wheel hitch. The rails # BWRVK2500 are what goes in the truck bed. If your hitch fits industry standard rails this will work for you.

If you are referring to a gooseneck hitch, we have # BWGNRK1067 that is confirmed to fit a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD with 6 1/2 or 8 foot bed. If that is the same hitch you have, then yes it will fit.
