The Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511 referenced in your question is recommended for your 2016 Chevy Sonic when flat towing. This lets you bypass the vehicle's mini-fuse at the flip of a switch instead of having to physically remove the needed fuse every time you flat tow.
We do not currently have an installation video for this product on your vehicle, but I have attached the complete written installation instructions that you can take a look at.
