On 5th wheel toy hauler can the base be removed Easley so the garage can be used without tripping over the clamps?

The B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System # BWMC2301 will be bolted to the toy hauler floor so to remove it you would have to un-bolt it from the floor every time you needed to move it. While not difficult to do, especially with power tools, it may be too much of a hassle for it to be a viable solution.
