The Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 2,000 lbs # ASR2KHDS01 is an excellent system that bolts directly to the trailer frame. This removes the need for spring hangers, leaf springs, and even a thru-axle. It does require a 2 inch square bar (not included) that will span from assembly to assembly using the integrated holes.

This assembly has spindles that are 1.063 inches diameter at the outer bearing and 1.378 inches at the inner bearing and 1.719 inches at the seal. This assembly has the brake mounting flange if you choose to add brake assemblies like # AKEBRK-35-SA. If you use brakes, the hub assembly you want is # 84546UC3-EZ. If you do not use brakes, then you will want idler hub assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.

Everything in all these assemblies is a simple bolt on installation. I've attached an article to assist with axle positioning.
