Does this interfere with the Blind Side Monitoring system?

The Blind Spot Monitor of your 2017 Toyota Tundra would not be affected with the install of the K-Source Tow Mirrors part # KS81300 that you referenced.
The system uses sensors at the rear bumper area of the truck and then the alert shows up on the mirror's glass which would not be obstructed with this mirror.
