1992 Nissan King Cab Truck Requires a Converter
Question:
I have a 92 Nissan King Cab truck and want to know what wires in the rear harness to hook up to a 4-way flat connector?

Because your Nissan uses separate tail light circuits for the brake lights and turn signals, a tail light converter is needed. Typically, trailer brake lamps and turn signals share the same circuit, one bulb in the tail light preforms both functions. Because of this, a tail light converter is needed to combine the separate turn signal and brake light circuits on the truck.
We offer a T-1 Connector, part # 118353 that is reasonably priced and very easy to install. The T-1 would install by disconnecting the factory tail light wiring from the tail light assembly and plugging the T-1 connector inline. No cutting or splicing required. It is simply a plug and play installation.
