I went out to the warehouse and pulled a Flint Hill Goods Square LED Brake Light Hitch Cover for 2" Hitches
Item # FHG72VR, to measure the wiring. From the tip of the 4-Way to the back of the cover where the wires exit the housing it is 20 inches when pulled straight.

If this cover will work for you, I also recommend the etrailer Receiver Lock, # e98880, for 2 inch hitches to secure the cover and to deter theft.
