Aluminum HWT Style Trailer Wheel Recommendation that is 15 inch Diameter 5 inches Wide

Question:

A couple more questions ( unfortunately for you I'm an engineer, the questions never stop!) Do you know if the "offset" of the 15-5 and 15-6 rims are the same? If the tire is 8" and just alittle wider at the rim it won't change the fit, but if the offset is different it would. I know that something standard for all the rims? The offsets say "0", so I'd think it's the same with just an extra inch on the inside and then not an issue for the tire. If the offset changes based on the rim width then it could be a problem. Thus why your answer is definitely the safest route to go.

If clearances are tight I'd recommend going with the same size wheel you have now so that you know it will fit and work well. For a similar wheel to the # TTWALS5156545B (which isn't available anymore) that you referenced but is only 5 inches wide we have the part # AM20456 which in my opinion looks better and will for sure work for you.

Both those wheels have zero offsets as that is the standard trailer wheel offset. Since the one size is an inch wider the backspacing (distance from mounting plate to outside of wheel) would increase by 1/2 inch.
